  • Community Cancer Center 407 East Vernon Avenue Normal, IL 61761 United States (map)

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 is one of the most misunderstood elements of commercial design. Failing to design for ADA creates health and safety issues for the disabled and liability concerns for designers and owners.

  • Learn who must comply and why, arming them with the knowledge needed to talk with clients about the requirements.

  • Review layout requirements related to space management and traffic patterns.

  • Learn the types of furniture that must comply.

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to confidently discuss requirements with a client so all parties can make informed decisions.
