The IIDA IL Chapter is celebrating 30 years in 2025!
There are now two more weeks to submit your logo design to help the IIDA Illinois Chapter in celebrating 30 years in 2025!
Help us honor the chapter’s creative spirit, community and achievements and have a little fun with this design competition!
The winner will receive an Eames Hang-It-All in the finish selection of their choice, a feature on IIDA Illinois social media channels, and use of the logo in all 30th anniversary materials.
Competition Rules:
Eligibility: Open to all IIDA members and interior design students in Illinois.
Originality: Submissions must be original works created specifically for this competition. No previously published or publicly used designs.
Theme: The logo should reflect the spirit and history of the IIDA Illinois Chapter, celebrating its 30th anniversary.
Format: Designs must be submitted in both vector (AI, EPS) and high-resolution raster (PNG, JPEG) formats.
Color: The logo should work in both color and black-and-white versions. Provide both versions in your submission.
Size: Ensure the logo is scalable and looks good at various sizes, from small (e.g., on a business card) to large (e.g., on a banner).
Submission Limit: Each participant can submit up to three different designs.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, visual appeal, and versatility.
Submission Requirements:
Entry Form: Complete the official entry form available on the IIDA Illinois Chapter website.
Design Description: Include a brief description (up to 200 words) explaining the concept and inspiration behind your design.
File Naming: Name your files in the following format: LastNameFirstNameLogo1 (e.g., SmithJohnLogo1).
Submission Method: Submit your designs via the entry form available via the IIDA Illinois website, eblasts and social media channels.
Deadline: All entries must be received by March 21, 2025, 5:00 pm CST
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on March 28, 2025 on the IIDA Illinois Chapter website and social media channels.
