Course Overview:

In this course, we'll explore three critical shifts in the way organizations should think about their work and workplace as they prep for a post-pandemic future. We'll discuss the increasing nature of work and learn how a hybrid workplace model can help people and organizations keep pace with change. And we'll examine three types of settings - all based on Herman Miller's research - that are specifically designed to encourage socialization, team collaboration, and individual focus that's difficult to achieve while working at home.
