Overview
Join us for Namaste for NAMI in honor of May Mental Health Month for a relaxing gentle Yoga Class with piano music in person or via zoom. We are focusing our donations to the suicide prevention and awareness program of Project Oz. All ages, skills and genders are welcome. All donations will go directly to support Project Oz (see below link.) Sweepstakes prizes available for in-person attendees along with refreshments and networking.
* **Please wear appropriate yoga clothing. Please bring your own mat or towel as mats will be limited.
